Privacy Policy
Plainly: what we collect, why, who reads it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
Your name and phone number, and only when you fill in a form yourself: a viewing request, a property request, a contract request, or listing your property. Along with whatever you entered in that form (property type, budget, notes), because we cannot help you without it. For external documentation we also ask for both parties' ID numbers and mobiles, because the contract cannot be documented on Ejar without them. ID numbers are kept apart, where only authorised staff can see them.
What we never ask for
We never ask for a title deed, IBAN, date of birth or any official document through this website, nor for a national ID or iqama number except for external documentation. If a contract needs paperwork, it is completed at the office in person. We never ask for card details either — the site takes no payments at all.
Who can see it
Only authorised office staff, each according to their permissions — and those permissions are enforced inside the database itself, not merely hidden in the interface. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your request while it is open and while your relationship with the office continues. Closed requests are deleted after twelve months. Visit statistics are not linked to you: we store a hashed fingerprint that changes daily, with no IP address and no personal identifier.
Your right to deletion
You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost. Contact us and we will delete it unless a legal obligation prevents us.
